Altiora Law and Society Journal adheres to publication ethics based on international standards and the principles of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).
Authors must ensure that submitted manuscripts are original works and free from plagiarism. Data presented in manuscripts should be accurate and honestly reported. Authors are prohibited from submitting the same manuscript simultaneously to multiple journals.
Editors are responsible for making publication decisions fairly and objectively without discrimination. Reviewers must evaluate manuscripts professionally, maintain confidentiality, and disclose any conflicts of interest.
Any ethical misconduct, including plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, duplicate publication, and citation manipulation, will result in rejection or retraction of the article.
